Carlube BFL050 Brake Fluid DOT 4 500ml
Carlube DOT 4 Brake fluid is a synthetic, high quality, high boiling point DOT 4 fluid designed for use in automotive applications as a hydraulic medium in disc and drum brake systems.

US FMVSS 116 DOT 4, SAE J1703 AND ISO 4925 (BS AU174 PT2)
ADVANTAGES
High boiling point minimising vapour lock at high operating temperatures
Excellent lubricating properties, reducing wear
Good corrosion protection for metal components
Mixes safely with other DOT 3 and DOT 4 approved fluids
APPLICATION
Recommended for automotive type hydraulic brake mechanisms of cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles where either of the performance levels above are recommended. This can also be used where Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) K2233 is recommended. Not suitable for use in mineral oil brake and suspension systems fitted to some Rolls Royce, Citroen and Jaguar models (Refer to vehicle handbook)

Castrol React Performance DOT 4 is a high boiling synthetic brake fluid
Specially formulated for high performance cars and race conditions
Designed for use in all brake systems particularly those which are exposed to extreme conditions.
Caters to continuous start-stop braking under city driving conditions, fast driving and hilly terrain where higher brake temperatures can be generated.
This product has been formulated from mixed polyalkylene glycol ethers and borate ester together with other high performance additives and inhibitors which give ultimate system protection against the effects of corrosion and high temperature vapour lock.

Synthetic brake fluid based on polyglycols and esters, containing corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Designed for hydraulic systems of all traditional brake devices and clutches.
Product properties:
- Contains boric acid, which completely neutralizes water condensate;
- Provides reliable operation of the brake system at any ambient temperature due to the increased boiling point (>245°C) and excellent low-temperature properties (up to -40°C);
- Has the highest chemical and thermal stability;
- Offers excellent lubricity and viscosity-temperature properties;
- Neutralizes the formation of vapour bubbles;
- Compatible with elastomers;
- Entirely inactive for the parts of the brake system.
Aggressive to paintwork.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions in the instruction manual!
