Returns
Here at PartsforCars.ie we pride ourselves in our customer service. If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online or instore and the item is unused and hasn't been fitted, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return the items and we will guide you through the returns process.
To ensure a full refund, the item needs to be unused and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact. Parts which have been fitted or have been damaged by attempted fitting will not be eligible for a refund.

If you think your item may be defective, please contact us and we will guide you through the Warranty claims process.

If you are not sure if an item is suitable for your vehicle, contact us with your VIN/ Chassis number and we will check compatibility. Please check all pictures before buying.  It is entirely up to the customer to ensure the parts they purchase are the correct fitment for their vehicle. However please read all product info in detail to ensure the correct product is selected. If you are unsure please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What can I return?
All parts must be returned in the condition originally received. Parts that have been opened, unsealed, plugged-in/installed, or "used" in any manner are not returnable, unless there is a valid warranty issue. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit will not be issued for any parts that, in our opinion, have been opened, used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer. We cannot accept returns on any item that has missing parts, hardware or instructions.
We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation.
Special order and discontinued parts are not returnable.

Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Refund and Reimbursement
Once we receive your item, we will process your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we'll process a refund on your original payment method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise then in accordance with our outlined requirements.

Online Returns in Store
Returns can be dropped off in-store, but must be marked clearly marked as ‘WEB RETURNS’. You will be refunded through the payment gateway you purchased the item, cash will not be given in lieu.
